Lloyd Wilson Chapter of Trout Unlimited is a volunteer conservation organization that is dedicated to the protection and preservation of cold water fisheries in North Central Pennsylvania. The chapter is located in an area of Pennsylvania that is blessed with hundreds of miles of trout streams. Some of these streams (like Fishing Creek, Kettle Creek, Pine Creek, Slate Run, Cedar Run, and Young Woman’s Creek) and their watersheds represent some of the best trout fishing in the state.
It is the mission of the Lloyd Wilson Chapter to help preserve, protect, and enhance these waterways (see current projects). Please make sure to check out businesses that support the Lloyd Wilson Chapter and its mission as they are invaluable sources on current stream conditions and up-to-date information on what the trout are “hitting.” Also check out the organizations listed on this site that the Lloyd Wilson Chapter is pleased to partner with in this conservation effort. You will also find other valuable information about what is happening in the chapter. Lastly, and most importantly, please join us in this worthwhile cause of preserving our coldwater resources. We are looking for members who will help us achieve this mission - please join now and remember to specify on the application that you want to join the Lloyd Wilson Chapter.
